Kapitalizmin çöküşü ile küresel faşizmin gelmesi bir zorunluluk değildir. Özgürlüklerin başlangıcı yapmak insanlığın tercihiyle mümkündür. Ama bunun için mücadele etmek gerekir.

Yıllardır her türlü ortamda ve Ufuk Hattı’nda 30 bölümde sonuçlarıyla birlikte anlatmaya çalıştığımız dolar merkezli olarak tüm dünyaya yayılan borç para sisteminin ABD’yi nasıl yıkacağını Ruslar video haline getirmişler.

Bu sistemde çok basitçe söylemek gerekirse parayı devletler üretmiyorlar. Bankalar borç olarak yaratıyorlar ve devletlere ve halka borç olarak veriyorlar. Hükümetler aracılığıyla toplanan vergiler aracılığıyla bankalara faiz olarak aktarılıyorlar. Artık borç almanın sonuna geliyoruz. Bu sistemin neden sürdürülemez olduğunu çok uzun süredir anlatıyoruz. Çoğu insanın sandığının aksine bankaların ürettiği paranın arkasında altın filan yok. Bu videoda da belirtildiği üzere tüm insanlık tarihi boyunca çıkarılan altının miktarı 160 Bin ton civarında (8 Trilyon Dolardan daha az). Abstract

Systemic approach requires processes to be analysed in a unified whole. Once context boundary of a system is

identified, remainings are expected to be in a balanced cycle hence satisfying user requirements. A bottom-up

view reveals that many products constitute a project. Many projects constitute a business. Many businesses

constitute an industry. Many industries may constitute a socio economic system. From a top-down approach,

a socio economic system is an integrated and unified system. One part of it is dealing with the production of

goods and services and counter part of it is dealing with the prodution of money. Production of goods and

services is a well-studied and well-defined scope. On the other hand, production of money is having many

ambiguities to be studied. Having the concept of reciprocity in mind, production of money is creating

significant problems that cannot be underestimated. Initial scarcity of money is resulting in a continuous debt

scheme. That can be identified as Debt Based Monetary System (DBMS) which is behaving irrespective of the

production of goods and services. This article is explaining the fabricated scarcity of money and how that is

covered by the DBMS. Thus this situation let the reason of existence of money be away of production of goods

and services.

ABSTRACT
Money is simply treated as one of constraints when engineers solve their problems throughout
different layers of a system engineering processes without usually questioning the effect of
modern money creation in their problems. However, almost all engineering efforts are directed
and affected by this modern money creation system of Fractional Reserve System (FRS), causing
the entropy increase in all economies due to globalized world.

Vast majority of money in modern economies is created by private banks through a set of
processes called Fractional Reserve System (FRS). In order a bank to be able to create money,
someone is needed to borrow from this bank. In FRS, private banks keep only a small fraction of
money given them by their depositors and lend out the remaining. Hence, the amount of money
created in an economy depends on the fractional ratio of money to be kept usually kept in
Central Bank accounts.

This study shows how FRS causes the entropy increase in economies and suggests solutions to
overcome the problem.

ABSTRACT
Planned obsolescence with products designed to fail has become the main drive of modern
consumption based economies based on the paradigm promoting growth as an essential activity
for survival. Engineers face nowadays a dilemma when concerning sustainability in problem
solving during engineering applications. They are stuck between the growth, or survival of
businesses through planned obsolescence and the sustainability issues.
For sustainability, majority suggests ways such as optimizing product life (meaning a delayed
planned obsolescence), recycling through waste collection and reprocessing of the resultant
products (reverse logistics), more efficient ways in supply-chain management systems etc. This
is a paradigm paralysis and a paradigm shift is needed for really sustainable world and macro
level sustainability of supply-chain management systems.
This paper analyzes the real root cause of the problem and shows how the unlimited growth
paradigm promoted by the modern money creation called Debt Based Monetary System. It then
suggests a paradigm shift towards defying planned obsolescence for macro-sustainability of
supply-chain management systems.

Application of systems engineering can be modelled in such different layers respectively as
product, project, business, industry and socio-economic systems. A bottom-up view reveals that
many products constitute a system. Many projects constitute a business. Many businesses
constitute an industry. Many industries may constitute to a socio economic system. In a general
application, industrial/systems engineers take this bottom-up view to their problem solving
efforts as well as educational/training syllabus. It is assumed that a top-down view would result
in similar consequences.

dealing with the production of goods and services and counter part of it is dealing with the
production of money. Production of goods and services is a well-studied and well-defined scope.
On the other hand, production of money is not well-studied by systems/industrial engineers.
Having the concept of reciprocity in mind, production of money is creating significant problems
that cannot be underestimated. Current production of money is based on a Debt Based Monetary
System (DBMS) whıch is behaving irrespective of the production of goods and services.
This article is explaining the DBMS and its deficiencies to support its reason of existence i.e.
production of goods and services. Furthermore, it advises some fundamentals to come up with a
sustainable socio economic system.

Bu çalışmaları esnasında kendilerine TV5 yönetici ve çalışanları da ellerinden gelen her türlü desteği vermişlerdir. Samimi desteklerinden dolayı başta Sn. Mustafa GEÇER olmak üzere bütün TV5 çalışanlarına müteşekkiriz.

Ancak bütün bu gelişmelere rağmen yakın geçmişte yaşanan organize bir olayı kamuoyu ile paylaşmayı bir zaruret olarak görüyoruz. Olay şudur: Prof. Dr. B. Gültekin ÇETİNER hocamız şahsi Twitter hesabından SP Genel Başkanı KAMALAK beyefendiyi yapmış olduğu bir yorumundan dolayı eleştirmiştir. Bu eleştiriden sonra birkaç organize kişinin tepkisi ile karşılaşınca, ÇETİNER Hocamız yaptığı eleştirinin bir kısmını – yanlış anlaşıldığı düşüncesiyle- silmiştir. Ancak mezkur organize grup TV5’i arayarak Ufuk Hattı programının da yapılmaması için çeşitli baskılar üretmişlerdir. Bunların hemen ardından, TV5 yönetimini SP Genel Merkezinden Sn. O. ASİLTÜRK de arayarak programın yaptırılmaması yönünde ısrar etmiştir.

Bu organize tepki ve anlamsız ısrarlar karşısında TV5 yönetiminin üzülerek programı iptal etmekten başka yapacağı bir şey olmadığının bilincindeyiz. Bu duruma oldukça şaşıran ÇETİNER ve GÜNDOĞAN Hocalarımızın “Ufuk Hattı” programını TV5’de yapabilme imkânları kalmamıştır. Bu garip durumu kamuoyu bilgisine arzeder, hocalarımıza çalışmalarında başarılar dileriz.
